The ongoing evaluation of the impetus programme "Laura Bassi Centres of Expertise" comprises many elements of a formative assessment. It is a strategic process accompaniment with a strong focus on learning possibilities and feedback loops, and provides clear recommendations regarding programme control and progress from an outside point of view.
