wissenschaf(f)t wandel - science creates change
Science creates change – the more structured and organised knowledge, insights and experiences are exchanged, the faster a change in people’s minds – and possibly in their actions, too – can take place. Science creates change gives you the opportunity to quickly disseminate the knowledge you have built and acquired by attending events and conferences or by reading newspapers, journals or other publications and to share it with other interested parties from the RTDI community. Science creates change increases awareness for existing and new framework conditions in research and technology. The w-fFORTE team wants to identify the currently existing guiding assumptions regarding individual factors which consequently impact on research cultures. For only with an understanding of the status quo can recommendations for action be inferred and framework conditions changed in such a way that it becomes possible to deviate from well-worn paths and bring about social change, e.g. by distributing resources more justly. It is therefore essential to understand the different types of culture that exist in research institutions and to identify the various challenges faced by researchers working there. What are the latest insights with regard to modern research cultures? Which factors influence and shape research cultures?
The w-fFORTE team invites you to share your knowledge, your latest insights and answers to the above-formulated questions with w-fFORTE and the RTDI community.
Please tell us about your latest insights and fill out the input fields (* = required fields) below. All articles will be published including the author’s name. The email address is solely for the w-fFORTE team’s use in case there are any questions. You are welcome to write your article in English. w-fFORTE will, however, neither translate or have the articles translated from German into English nor from English into German.
